Amy Trigg

Customer Service Representative

Amy Trigg is the Administrative Assistant for CS&A's Benefits Division. She provides full customer support assisting Gary Thompson, Director of the Benefits Division, in the growth and the development of this Division. Amy attended Middle Tennessee State University with a focus in Business Administration. She joined Chappell, Smith and Associates, Inc. in 2005 as Administrative Assistant in the company's accounting department. After receiving her Property and Casualty license in 2008, Amy's duties were expanded to include claims processing for CS&A's Commercial Lines Division. She assumed the responsibilities for the monitoring of the agency's continuing education curriculum and later was appointed to the agency's junior board of directors.
