OUR HISTORY

At CS&A Insurance, we are experts in specific industries, striving to provide our clients with more than just “insurance.” We desire to add value through education and risk management to help clients better prepare for claims situations. Insurance is NOT just a price-driven commodity; insurance is truly a partnership that requires a commitment from both parties and is one of the most critical areas of any personal household or business operation. In most cases, “cheaper” is not always “better.” When clients base their purchasing decisions solely on price, they tend to find themselves under-insured at the time of a claim. At CS&A Insurance, we are looking to build genuine, long term relationships that are in our client’s best interest. It may be “old school,” but we like to think of it as the “right school,” and it is the way we choose to do business!

Our Leaders come from very diverse and exceptional backgrounds including the military, former business owners, insurance specialists as well as new and long-time employees.  All of them have specialized skills and expertise that contribute to the success of our company.  Despite their diverse backgrounds, they all have a common goal of perpetuating our corporate culture.  They lead by example.  They are servant leaders who put the needs of our employees and clients first.
